From the time of the Apostles onward, we are empowered with the gift of the Holy Spirit to become shepherds to others searching for life and redemption, searching for ways to serve their families, friends, colleagues and neighbours. And beyond the familiar and the beloved, in the name of Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help, to serve the most marginalized: the poor, the elderly, the imprisoned, the battered and abused, migrants, refugees, victims of war, intolerance, and climate change. ‍
