From Fr. Walker’s Homily, Triduum Night 3

“As pilgrims of love, every time we pray the Rosary we enter the school of love. With each Hail Mary, we learn to love Jesus, and we learn to love in the same way that he loves. For through Mary, Jesus teaches us how to love as we pray the mysteries of his life.

In the Annunciation, love says yes to God's will. In the visitation, love goes out quickly to help others. In the Nativity, love becomes vulnerable. On the cross, love lays down its life for you and me.

“As children of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, we should all be gazing on the icon with open hearts, freely approaching our mother and telling her what is on our heart, but most especially letting her speak to us. Listening to Mary saying over and over and over, ‘I love you, I love you, I love you.’”
